MOT Senior Center Offers Rental Options for Your Upcoming Event
Are you looking for a location for your special event or meeting?
The MOT Jean Birch Senior Center might be able to help. We have a hall for events such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, private parties, corporate events, dinners, etc. The hall can be one large room that can accommodate 200 people or two smaller rooms, each comfortably accommodates 75 – 100. Come in and take a look, see what suits your needs. This is a handicapped-accessible facility.
We also have meeting rooms for smaller numbers of people. Again, come take a look and see if we can help you.

Rates and Other Rental Information
Available spaces include:
Dining Room (with seating for over 100)
Multi Purpose Rooms
Entire Hall $550
Half Hall $400
Meeting Rooms - Please call ahead for pricing and availability (Mainly in evenings)
A non-refundable reservation fee of $150 and a signed contract are needed to secure your rental. Dates cannot be held until refund and contract are submitted.
Information Pertaining to Rentals:
Rental includes 4 hours for your event (additional hours available for $50 per hour)
Set Up – Up to 2 hours prior to the event is provided (renters set up tables and chairs and break them down at the end of the event - additional hours available for $25 per hour)
Clean Up – Up to 1 hour after the event is provided
Use of our commercial kitchen is included. Amenities include: a steam table with 4 warmers, an ice machine, microwave, and caterer's refrigerator. Stove tops and ovens are available for use if you are using a caterer or have taken the safe serve course. Copy of license required.
